Reviews *****

I would recommend Tammy to any athlete looking for peak performance or desk jockey with tight shoulders and neck from too much time in front of a computer.

A quick Q/A with Kinetix

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Pain management, injury recovery and prevention, increase flexibility through a wide variety of soft tissue modalities and stretching.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My experience working with elite athletes from around the world has exposed me to some of the most cutting edge modalities and Health Practitioners in the field. Being a competitive Bodybuilder gives me the ability to understand the needs and importance of proper recovery in order to maintain peak performance and prevent injuries. This allows me to separate myself from other therapists in the industry.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. My work is always challenging. Just when I think that I have seen everything someone comes along with a unique injury that I need to figure out. When you are dealing with an athlete every little edge they can get is important. Some times it is just fine tuning a movement to give them that extra edge.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How often do I need to come in?
I always take into account their activity level, if they have an existing injury, time management, and finances. These are just a few because no two clients are alike.
